How to Lego birthday party like a pro...Plus Lego cake pops, yo!

Boy do the boys (and girls) love their Legos...My 10 year old can't get enough of the bricks spending every last cent of his allowance on a set just because it comes with an Anakin Skywalker mini figure he doesn't already have. It doesn't matter he already owns 4 other Anakins, nope, this one is different he swears and god help him he's right.

A couple of years ago we threw a Lego themed birthday party for my son which I thought to be fairly successful, that is until I recently spied this Lego party posted by Amy from Living Locurto...Impressive...Most impressive...From cupcakes to games to decor, the party flows wonderfully. Fortunately she's hocking her way-awesome printable Lego party packs in her online store if you're in need of some. Oh how I wish I had access to these when we had our son's party.

My favorite Lego party idea from Amy has got to be the too-cool-for-words Lego cake pops recipe. OMG do these rock! I admit they slightly resemble a mass of impaled mini figure heads, but hey, that's also really cool.
