Kids crafts in a flash

It's not a major holiday yet your kids have a random day off from school. Not prepared for this day with the kids you find yourself home with nothing to do. Oh what to do?

Utilizing basic household items means you aren't rushing over to Michael's for supplies. Simply open up a few cupboards, pull out a few basics and together with your kids make some cutie-pie cupcake wrapper flowers, no-glue nature collages, pantry letters using beans and noodles and, my favorite, paper bag owls. You'll have so much fun decorating the house with all your quick crafts that before you know it it's dinnertime and your kids' day off will have been a success.
