Velcro balls and hat catch game...Now that's using your head!

We've talked about Make and Takes' genius velcro ball and glove catch game before which we love, love, love. Marie LeBaron is sharing more velcro-catchy goodness by offering a new twist to her original idea.

It's pretty much the same idea as her knit glove game but this time she suggests using a knit hat...Now that's what I call using your head (couldn't resist). She's included directions and suggestions for game play success like "You can play this alone by tossing the ball up and making the catch. Or you can play this with another person, tossing it to each others hat." The perfect excuse to play ball in the house, I'm whipping up a few of these hats tonight because it's been raining all week with no end in sight and my 3 year old daughter and I are suffering from major cabin fever. Get your head in the game and get working on some sticky hats. Do it!
