Whip up pink lemonade hand scrub for Mother's Day

This tutorial by Christy of From Glitter to Gumdrops for lemonade hand scrub just seems like to perfect starting point into the world of bath goodies. I love, love, love this idea so much and think it would be super-easy to make with the kids! I love how Christy uses recycled jars and tools she has on hand to craft the scrub, proving that it is indeed a truly accessible/thrifty project. I love that the title itself screams Happy Mother's Day and provokes strong feelings of a fresh Spring day...And pink lemonade, can't you just taste it?

Christy:

It's really inexpensive to make, and there are about 13,000 ways you can make this scrub using things you already have in your house, including the jars. I've seen these great little scrubs all over the net, but last year I saw a recipe via Under the Table and Dreaming that seemed really easy and doable using lemon's. I decided to go with pink lemonade because I had some, and, well, I'm a fan of pink.

What mom, grandma, Nana, step-mom, auntie, female wouldn't want a lemon-scented hand scrub to wash away/smooth over some of the harsh damages of motherhood?
