A free opera performance of "Little Red Riding Hood" this Saturday

See just how big granny's teeth truly are. Come to the Santa Monica Public Library's Main Library this Saturday, January 31 at 2:00 pm and find out. Taking place in the MLK Jr. Auditorium families are invited to "Join the cast of the Guild Opera Company as they perform the opera “Little Red Riding Hood”." According to the theater troupe's site "This delightful music, set to the classic fairy tale, is a perfect vehicle to introduce children to the enchanting world of opera. They will also learn to listen to their elders, do their homework, and not speak to strange wolves!" Free family fun that's guaranteed to class up your Saturday afternoon.
