OCPAC hosts the National Acrobats of China this Saturday

The Chinese New Year begins January 26th. The Orange County Performing Arts Center (OCPAC) has a pre-holiday event perfect for getting your family into the holiday spirit. This Saturday, January 24th the OCPAC will host a special performance from the National Acrobats of China. An amazing group of artists formed in 1956 considered to be "one of the most influential big acrobatic troupes in the world." According to the OCPAC site "Direct from China, this dazzling company of 35 performers will mesmerize and mystify with its stunning displays of the best in Chinese martial arts, illusion and acrobats, all set to traditional music. Founded over 50 years ago, this troupe has been one of the most influential acrobatic ensembles in the world, having won every important award in international competitions. From plate-spinning to cycling stunts to bench-juggling with their feet, The National Acrobats of China never cease to amaze audiences around the globe." There are two shows on the 24th at 2pm and 8pm. Tickets range in price from $15 to $68 per person and can be
