Rabbit handprint cards let loved ones know somebunny loves them

Last summer we made the move up North from Southern California so this marks our first Easter spent away from our family. Now you should know we're a mixed religion family who practices Judaism as our family's religion so Easter isn't a big holiday for my husband and me. However, my kids are really sad they will be missing the big Easter event at their Auntie Julie and Uncle Eric's home which consists of a massive egg hunt, tons of yummy food (including all the Auntie Julie's special potato salad you can stomach), relatives only seen once a year and just loads of laughs and fun.

I'm trying to make it up to the kids by creating some new traditions of our own including crafting cards to send to our family in the south. That's why I love this idea for making bunny handprint cards from Valerie of Frugal Family Fun. The tutorial is complete with directions that are accompanied by great pictures illustrating the process. What a cute and fun idea to spread some Easter cheer.
