Groundhog Day

Happy Groundhog Day to you! As you may or may not know (or care) the rodent has spoken and it's six more weeks of winter...Oh joy. Yup, good ol' Punxsutawney Phi (via text) has made his yearly prediction. A silly American tradition yet a tradition none the less.

Yes, today is the day when we Americans let a rodent predict the changing of the seasons. Today is Groundhog Day and as of early this morning Punxsutawney Phil has seen his shadow. Thus, Spring will have to wait another six weeks--try telling that to my blooming yard.
