Planning a bbq sometime over the upcoming three day weekend?-Done with beef but still on the fence over turkey burgers?-Try this awesome Curried Turkey and Green Apple Burger with Chipotle Mayo recipe for something unique! I first found this recipe in a Shape Magazine sometime in 2003. After I recycled the magazine and it was on it's way to turn into something fabulous I realized I had lost the recipe for the BEST turkey burgers EVER! Thanks to the magic of the "WWW" I was able to find the recipe on Shape.com which I printed, laminated and placed in my "special recipes" binder.
